Phone Sessions

Phone sessions have been gaining popularity in recent years. There are many factors that contribute to this. There is more information available about working with a mentor than ever before. As the pace of modern life has picked up considerably, the time it takes to commute to and from a mentor's office can cut very heavily into your schedule. Some of the advantages that phone sessions offer, that traditional mentoring in an office does not, are greater anonymity and being mentored in the comfort of your own home or office. Also, phone sessions allow you to contact a mentor who provides services more specific to your needs outside of your geographical location. Phone sessions can either be one-on-one or done in a conference format with large groups.

If you need some motivational and transitional support, or some help with defining your options; give me a call and let's talk.

Skype Sessions

Skype sessions offer the opportunity of being very portable while still providing the visual feedback loop. There are many people who are more visual than audial, and benefit from seeing all the subtle nuances that are communicated through human expression. Skype offers easy access in a still-visually rich environment. Initial 15-minute consults are on the phone, however. Clients will need to have a Skype account. Similar to phone sessions, some of the advantages that Skype sessions offer that traditional mentoring in an office does not, are greater anonymity and being mentored in the comfort of your own home or office. Also, Skype sessions allow you to contact a mentor who provides services more specific to your needs outside of your geographical location. Skype sessions can either be one-on-one or done in a conference format with large groups.

I look forward to seeing you!

Outdoor Sessions

When we think about mentoring, we may think about sitting in a chair across from a mentor or talking to them on a phone for an hour. Outdoor sessions offer a different environment in which to do motivational and mentoring work. This environment could be walking on a trail or sitting on a park bench outside. Many times when we are working on self-expression around our personal power, we feel our energy come up and it is difficult to sit still. Being outside helps us walk our talk. Often walking will occupy part of our thought process, freeing up other parts of our conscious and unconscious to express themselves, allowing our creative self dialog to resume and re-start our sense of possibility. Remember to wear comfortable shoes and bring a beverage and sunscreen.

So, if you would like to take a brisk walk, just stroll along, or sit on a park bench, give me a call and let's walk.

Lunch or Tea Sessions

Let's have lunch or tea! The restaurant or cafe environment is very casual and relaxing. It's easy to get out of your head and into the fulfillment of your dreams. Restaurant sessions are usually scheduled after the lunch crowd has left and the wait staff is minimal providing a low key, relaxing environment. Some people prefer a cafe environment with lots of people and creative stimulation. Of course, each of us picks up our own check.

Let's have lunch!

In Your Office Sessions

If I happen to be in your neighborhood and it's convenient to have me drop in, let's do a session at your office. This can be for individuals, and in a professional business corporate setting it can also be for mentoring in the boardroom. Sessions in your office can provide the comfort of being in a secure, known environment. It also can provide added insight into your work culture and environment. People have no idea that I'm a mentor--they think I'm a person coming for an office meeting. I get to sit in what is known as "the little chair" while I mentor you into your Big Dreams while you sit in "the big chair."

Let's talk in your office!
